inherent in every problem. Answering the question `Where do we want to
go?` may fall into
a discovery process of distinctive competency and competitive
advantage. An internal view
may well be myopic.

a doctor or lawyer. Ask
about experience with similar problems, credentials, and training. Do
not head blindly for
flashy web ads. Such listings often include some
persons with no training at all, or training that is skimpy or
outdated.
