Strategic Management is the art and science of formulating, implementing and evaluating cross-functional action through objectives, policies and plans for resource allocation. Strategic management combines functional areas of the highest level of managerial activity via the organization's CEO and executive team.  

Mr. Braun completed his graduate work in Strategic Management  and Organization at the 'Top 50'  Carlson School of Management (AACSB International Certified) at the University of Minnesota, earning a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).  His keystone work was in Data Based Marketing at Carlson Companies.   Mr. Braun also has a BS in Business Marketing from the University of Minnesota.

Previously Mr. Braun studied engineering at the Institute of Technology of the University of Minnesota in Electrical Engineering.  Mr. Braun is still licensed by the State of Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry and is also registered to teach continuing education as a specialty power limited electrician, also registered nationally as an Emergency Medical Technician and also IFSAC certified by the Minnesota Fire Service Certification Board as a Hazardous Materials operations Firefighter II.   He was in the United States Navy and was employed by Control Data Corporation / Syntegra (now Ceridian) in their Aerospace division.
