Mutual Trust: Do you really need the term mutual trust defined? Mutual trust is that old fashioned thing...where you trusted the quality of the work by the people who were doing it. Many things have been done this way. And it is a two way street. We trust you; you trust us. That isn't to say that we're looking for blind faith. But if you can work with someone you can trust, it saves all the time, energy, and effort of preparing to work with someone you cannot trust. Why would you ever want to work with someone you cannot trust? Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me... We choose the customers we want to work with in part because we believe we can be of genuine help to them. Additionally, we believe we can trust them. We want you to trust us too. If we can keep you as a customer over the next ten to twenty years, we can make a lot more money than we could make in any one sale. We want to make money. We want to be profitable enough to be in business next year. We want to keep you as a customer. |
